FOOD Condiment





A simple and good condiment.
It goes with everything and is quick to make.

Onions are a good source of vitamin C
and full of heart-healthy flavonoids.


Onion Relish
1 white onion, quartered,very thinly sliced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp chopped coriander
